Golf cart tires come in a wide variety of size, tread, and rim styles. There are standard golf cart rims or polished aluminum rims in varying types. There are also turf friendly or aggressive styles of tread. Having the proper tire and rim is one of the most important items on a cart. Golfcart tires dictate how your cart will interact with the varying surfaces you will be traversing, and the golfcart rim can add some show for your cart if that is what you desire. Also, larger tires will give your golf cart a bit more clearance underneath. Just remember that larger tires also require a lift kit.
